At the Association of Social Anthropologists of the UK conference ‘Critical Junctions: Anthropology on the Move’ the VISION team will be represented by two presentations:

Sensory anthropology on the move: researching (with) transborder workers using photography, video, and sound by Piotr Goldstein and Olga Łojewska on Wednesday 9 April, 11:00-12:30.

and

Sonic borderlands: listening for socio-material reconfigurations in the Polish-German in-between by Olga Łojewska and Piotr Goldstein on Thursday 10 April, 2025, 11:00-12:30

Also, our short ethnographic documentary This Week Doesn’t Really Exist by Piotr Goldstein, Olga Łojewska and Maksymilian Awuah, was selected to be shown as part of the conference’s film programme on 10 April, 2025 at 13:00 at Lecture Theatre 2 – 102, Teaching & Learning Building (TLB).
